HOW DOES THE PARTNER APP WORK?
Once your partner account is approved, log into our app with the credentials provided to you. After logging in, Update your details in the settings area and save your changes. You may change the notification types, navigation app preference and even your preferred language. Next, change your status from off-duty to on-duty and start receiving requests
Each request will be display for 30 seconds and the on-duty partner who responds first will receive the booking. You are then required to contact the requester to get more details and prepare the right medications or equipment.
When you are ready to start your journey, simply hit the navigation icon on the patients address and your preferred navigation app will capture the information and begin your journey.
Upon arriving, don’t forget to check in to begin rendering service.
Snap images, upload case notes and schedule follow-up’s capabilities enable you to also better manage your patients on a case to case basis.
